The rate listed above is for a Standard Villa, it has a Queen Size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and it is not located near the pool area.

 

A King Villa can be reserved for the additional charge of $5.00 per night, plus 12% tax. A King Villa has a King Size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and it is not located near the pool area. 

 

A Pool Villa can be reserved for the additonal charge of $5.00 per night, plus 12% tax. A Pool Villa has a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and it is located near the pool area. 

 

A King and Pool Villa can be reserved for the additonal charge of $10.00 per night, plus 12% tax. A King and Pool Villa has a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and it is located near the pool area.

  • The listed rates do not include: $98.00 Housekeeping Fee, 12% Tax, and a $75.00 non-refundable Processing Fee.

  • Timberwoods follows a 7-night minimum stay policy. 
  • Rates are for 4 adults and 2 children.
  • The monthly rates are based on a 30-nights stay.
  • Upon arrival, a credit card authorization of $350.00 needs to be placed on the reservation holder's credit card. This is not a charge, it is only a hold in case there are any damages done to the villa and it is automatically released a week after departure.
