  • The listed rates do not include: $98.00 Housekeeping Fee, 12% Tax, and a $75.00 non-refundable Processing Fee.
  • All of the rates listed are in US Dollars.
  • Rates are for 4 adults and 2 children.
  • The monthly rates are based on 30 nights, except for the month of February.
  • Upon arrival, a credit card authorization of $350.00 needs to be placed on the reservation holder's credit card. This is not a charge, it is only a hold in case there are any damages done to the villa and it is automatically released a week after departure.
