RESERVATION POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- ADDITIONAL FEES: 11% Florida sales tax, housekeeping fee of $83.25 (includes tax), plus a non-refundable $55 processing fee.
- RATES ARE BASED ON 1 To 4 ADULTS , additional adults are $10 extra per night to a maximum of (6) guests allowed per villa. Children 14 and under stay free and are included in the maximum allowable number of (6) guests in each villa.
- RESERVATION PAYMENT: A 25% deposit of your total charge is required when booking a reservation and your remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or traveler's checks. No personal checks are accepted.
- CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM at the clubhouse.
- REGISTRATION: A photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) and major credit card are required upon registration at the front desk, located in the clubhouse. Your vehicle information is required to receive a parking permit to prevent your automobile from being towed. Wristbands will also be given in order to access the property amenities.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon registration, a required security deposit of $350 (per villa) will be, held through a major credit card, and will be released a week after departure. Charges will be deducted from the security deposit if there are any damaged or missing items, if departure instructions were not followed (See Page #), if the villa was left in an inadequate condition, or if any unpaid phone calls remain in the guest account.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation made 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $185 fee. This will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit will be refunded. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made in the 31 days before arrival date. One week or less than a week before arrival, the full balance will be charged. No refunds for early departures.
- THE REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC VILLA cannot be 100% guaranteed. The request for a pool, king or upgraded villas will be guaranteed with the extra nightly charges paid.
- REQUIRED AGE TO MAKE A RESERVATION : Must be 21 years of age.
- THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED : No trucks, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, boats or similar equipment are permitted unless parked inside the villa garage.
- INVENTORY LIST: Your villa has been inspected prior to your arrival. Please take a moment and fill out the inventory list (located in your welcoming bag in your villa) and return it within 24 hours after check-in.
- RATES AND POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
